Indeed it depends on the leader how he moulds his subordinates under his fold for achieving the target and balancing the net work----- while sensing the feel of their work, resources provided around them to perform excellently, sharing their difficulties & information with transparancy, providing assistance whenever it is needed , rewarded at the right time in a right way & giving a sense of emotion like a call on day to day basis. The following are ways to boost Good leader ship.
A. A good leader always takes the failure on his own.
B. A good leader always gives credit his/her subordinates.
C. A good leader always celebrates the success & failure with subordinates.
